Read more about this post as I tour you virtually to one of the so-worth-it buffet restaurants we dined in. Last August 29, as the Philippines is celebrating National Heroes Day- my brother decided to have a late lunch out with the family. He brought us to Sm Annex, where we chose Feast and Fire restaurant for a holiday lunch out!
The Feast and Fire restaurant already have two staffs at their front door to help those who would like to inquire. We are greeted gracefully by two staffs who also immediately attended and helped us get a table good for 6 people with 2 kids. They assisted us from the entrance to the table. As we entered and sat down at the table, another staff greeted us and gave us the menu brochure. She also oriented us with the pre-order meals and carefully explained that it will take 20 minutes to be prepared but we can start getting some foods at the buffet table. The staff also, reiterated that there was no time limit, so we can enjoy as much as we can. The Buffet Table No wonder it says feast and fire. Yes. Your tummy will be filled with good food as your eyes feast with scrumptious meals! Here are some of the photos I snapped.
What is Feast and Fire Restaurant ? Feast and Fire is an Asian fusion grill restaurant that offers a wide variety of good Asian food cuisine. They offer Korean style of Chicken, pork and, beef. See this photo for a complete set of menu.
OUR DINING EXPERIENCE
I liked almost all the food we ate. but to be honest, the squid skewers are quite hard to chew but some of it are fine. We liked the tteokboki skewers, it has a slight spicy kick.
Ramen
We picked the seafood and pork noodles soup. These two tasted fine.
Pork Cracklings
bit salty but tastes good for me.
Pork Sisig
Too many fat meat
Veggies
I love their salad bar! the zucchini tastes good especially with the dressing
Dessert
9/10 for the dessert, you can make your own ice cream. they have atleast 3 flavors from Big scoop. The coffee flavor stands the most for me but my kid loves the vanilla one!
Add sprinkles, marshmallows and syrups if you like!
Restaurant during this new-normal set up
The staff are all wearing masks, and they sanitize tables from time to time. Food set-ups were maintained in a stove so that it will be served hot.
When guests/customers will go to the buffet table, the restaurant staff requires them to put face mask.
Restroom/Washroom
This one is so cute! Like their washroom design plus it was very clean!
Service
All the staff are very nice! the manager even granted my kid free of charge since he won't eat Asian cuisine foods.
Ambience
Very nice ambience, I like that the Resto is not crowded plus I adore the lights set up and designs, truly instagrammable.
Price
I know, this one is very important since we know how frustrating the increase in all the basic commodities. The price is 699 and as far as i know they have a discount price when you book a reservation prior to your visit.
This one is actually so worth it and quite lower in comparison to other buffet resto.
