Lose Weight and Be Fit the Right Way



Stuck in zipping off that denim skirt or jeans? Can no longer wear your favorite signature tees? Well, you are not alone. In a 2016 statistics from World Health Organization (WHO) there are 39% of men and 39 % of women ages 18 and above that are considered overweight. A study suggest in mid 2017 that there is nearly two billion people worldwide that are overweight and obese. 


Due to these health problems, there are thousands of ways to help a person to lose weight. After all, losing weight is not only to make one’s feel beautiful and having that supermodel projection it is more on being healthy and productive.
So if you are one of those plus size that wanted to be fit and healthy, here are some tips to reduce that weight.

Lukewarm water in an Empty Stomach

It is common for most of us that every morning we prepare drinking brewed coffee, tea or a cold water. However, physicians recommend that drinking a glass of warm water may help us refrain from being bloated and can also help us to reduce weight. When you wake up, grab a cup of plain hot water just checked if the temperature is tolerable and then drink it on an empty stomach. While these are truly beneficial you can also try drinking a tap water thirty-minutes before meal this will make you feel a bit full before eating thus may prevent you for taking too much food. That’s why a water therapy a day can make those belly fats away!



Eliminate Sucrose Consumption, Take Fiber Rich Foods

Sweets, spice and everything nice! We know that sweets is irresistible but this sugary foods and beverage is an indicator of adding weight and if you have no control it can also be a result of diabetes, high cholesterol and high blood pressure. So choose foods that are sugar less. Eat rich-fiber foods such as oatmeal, unsweetened yogurts, almonds, apples, raspberries and blackberries, green veggies such as beets, parsnips, Brussels sprouts and even carrots. These type of foods are healthy and can make you feel lighter. Fiber helps the body to keep hunger and regulate blood sugar as well.

Turmeric Tea

Turmeric is used in centuries either in medicinal or as spice ingredient for dishes but did you know drinking turmeric tea a day can help you for weight loss. In a casserole, pour a chopped or pounded turmeric add ginger and boil it for at least 20 minutes. If you think this is quite not your type of tea, you may substitute mint leaves or cinnamon powder for ginger. Curcumin, an active ingredient in turmeric is helpful to lose weight.






Planking

Heard that planking challenge before? well yeah, Planking is not just a lying down game its also a way to shape your body. This is hard at first but gives you a beautiful effect. Go for a forearm plank.  Get down on the floor place the elbows should be aligned with shoulders and your legs as well. Do this for two-five minutes every day. There are different kinds of planking position, try the basic one for a beginner like you.

These are some tips in order to keep your body healthy without spending thousands of money or undergo into a medical surgery. But at the end of the day, it is about self-discipline, control and perseverance on your goal to lose that heavy weight. So when you hear a commercial saying “Hungry?” don't take that chocolate bar! why not grab a glass of water instead because maybe you are just thirsty. This is less sugar and dieting in a more natural way.
