What is not good for our health and also a contributory factor to headache is using a Monosodium Glutamate (MSG). Its a food enhancer that adds rich flavor to foods like processed meats, instant noodles, junk foods and dishes usually used by some countries. Although there are doctors that says there is no direct link to MSG causing allergies and headache its better to refrain one self much more if you notice after eating foods containing MSG gives you headache.
4. GET ENOUGH SLEEP
According to National Sleep Foundation, An adult should sleep at least 7-9 hours, while, 7-8 hrs is recommended for ages 65 and up. Sleep is very vital. When we sleep it boost our brain thus a good sleep can make us more productive. It also helps us repair tissues, and makes our muscles relax. On the contrary, lack of sleep and staying awake for longer hours is one major cause of headache. When headache strikes it also makes us feel our whole body is aching. So make sure to have a good sleep and rest.
5. USE PAIN RELIEF RUB
